Seashell’s Banking Partner is Prime Trust, a Nevada registered trust company (“Prime Trust”), but over time may include other chartered financial entities. In connection therewith, Seashell shall share your personal identifiable and other information, including transaction history, with its Banking Partner.

If you make an investment using a credit or debit card through the Services, your information may be maintained by a third-party merchant bank payment processor and not by us.

You may also provide us with information about your financial profile, including accredited investor status and information pertaining to accredited investor status.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

You may also provide us with contact information for other individuals, such as your friends and family, whom you would like to invite to join the services or contribute to a trust. By submitting personal information relating to other people to us, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver license or other identifying documents. Your personal identifiable and other information provided on Seashell and through your use of the Service will be shared with Prime Trust.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Seashell website is maintained in the United States of America. By accessing the Seashell website or using any of our products or Service, you consent to and authorize the export of personal data to the United States of America and its storage and use as specified in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, construed and entered in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington applicable to contracts deemed to be made within such state, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof. All disputes with respect to this Privacy Policy shall be brought and heard either in the Washington State Courts located in the county of King County, Washington. You consent to the in personam jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
